Overview

Maths Arcade is an educational maths game for iOS. We are committed to protecting your privacy, especially the privacy of children who use this app.

Data We Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device and are never sent to our servers.

Third-Party Services

The app uses the following third-party services:

• Apple Game Center — Used for leaderboards and achievements. Game Center is managed by Apple and subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. You can opt out by not signing in to Game Center.
• Google AdMob — Used to display interstitial advertisements. For users identified as under 13, ads are served in child-directed mode (COPPA-compliant) with no personalisation. For users 13 and older, ad personalisation depends on your consent (see "Ad Personalisation and Consent" below). Ad serving is subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can remove all ads via the in-app purchase.
• Apple Speech Recognition — An optional feature that allows answering questions by voice. Audio is processed by Apple's on-device or server-based speech recognition and is subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Microphone access requires your explicit permission and can be revoked at any time in Settings.

Ad Personalisation and Consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you may be shown a consent dialog the first time you open the app, asking whether you agree to personalised advertising. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by:

• Resetting your ad preferences in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising, or
• Uninstalling and reinstalling the app, which will re-display the consent dialog, or
• Purchasing the Remove Ads in-app purchase to disable all advertising

Users identified as under 13 are always served non-personalised, child-directed ads regardless of their region, and no consent dialog is shown to them.

Children's Privacy

Maths Arcade is designed for children. The app:

• Does not collect personal information from children
• Defaults to child-directed ad treatment (COPPA-compliant, non-personalised ads)
• Does not include social features, chat, or user-generated content
• Does not require an account to play

In-App Purchases

The app offers a single non-consumable in-app purchase ("Remove Ads") handled entirely by Apple's StoreKit. We do not process or store any payment information.

Data Storage

Game progress, high scores, and settings are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data is not accessible to us and is removed when you delete the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
